2013 Ferrari Enzo Review price interior exterior

“We want to surprise people, not only giving money, but also the presentation of the car” , told Automotive News Europe Luca di Montezemolo in Geneva. It can therefore be expected that the successor to the Enzo will be presented to a select group of potential customers at the end of this year. Italian manufacturer has not yet decided where the car will be shown publicly. Spokesman for Ferrari said that the most likely date would be a car showroom in Detroit or Geneva next year. Given, however, fair rank and status of the car the more likely site for the presentation will be fair in Geneva.
The 2012 Ferrari Enzo is a 12 cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company’s founder, Enzo Ferrari. 2012 Ferrari Enzo was built in 2012 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style electrohydraulic shift transmission, and Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite disc brakes. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics and traction control. After a downforce of 775 kg (1,709 lb) is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce.

The new flagship of the Lamborghini LP 700-4 listed makes Ferrari gradually fall into the passive, the Enzo’s successor, naturally became the latest competitive weapon, this weapon is very likely to become the Bugatti the most powerful competitors.

The hybrid system will add about 265 pounds to the vehicle’s weight, but Ferrari will combat that through the extensive use of carbon fiber. Felisa noted that the Enzo successor will use Formula One grade carbon fiber, which is lighter and stronger than the carbon material used in the construction of the original Enzo.
Samsung Electronics will provide the lithium-ion batteries for the hybrid, but Ferrari will construct the battery packs at its F1 racing headquarters in Fiorano, Italy.

2013 porsche 918 spyder Review Price Interior Exterior

Porsche has unveiled today new details on the production version 918 Spyder set to arrive at the end of September 2013 as planned, with the first customers receiving their vehicles before 2013 is out. The company has also dropped a series of spy shots with the 918 prototype hidden under historical Porsche 917 racing cars. The future 918 Spyder is designed as a plug-in hybrid vehicle combining a high-performance combustion engine with cutting-edge electric motors for extraordinary performance: on the one hand, the dynamics of a racing machine boasting more than 770 hp, on the other hand, fuel consumption in the region of three liters per 100 kilometers. The model will also be offering a full carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) monocoque with unit carrier, fully adaptive aerodynamics, adaptive rear-axle steering and the upward-venting "top pipes" exhaust system.

2012 Nissan Juke R Review Price Interior Exterior

The 2012 Nissan Juke ranks 32 out of 41 Affordable Small Cars. This ranking is based on our analysis of 29 published reviews and test drives of the Nissan Juke, and our analysis of reliability and safety data.
The 2012 Nissan Juke stands out from the pack with its unique look and slot-car performance. However, critics say its tight back seat and small cargo hold may limit its appeal.
Take a quick glance at the 2012 Nissan Juke, and you may think it offers the utility and space of a hatchback or an affordable compact SUV. However, practicality is not the Juke’s strong suit. Consumer Guide writes, “Despite its SUV-influenced design elements, Juke gives up some practicality in exchange for its expressive attitude in that its not as space efficient as many small hatchbacks.”

More sporty subcompact than all-weather SUV, the plump-bottom, angle-backed Juke has one of the most sophisticated drivetrains available in any Nissan. It teams a 188-horsepower, 1.6-liter four with a lightweight body and an independent front suspension to give the Juke exciting high-rpm responsiveness and swift steering. Its very size also gives the Juke a stiff ride, which we expect, but it doesnt necessarily give the Juke great gas mileage, which is a rude surprise for anyone cross-shopping more conventional subcompacts like the Accent, Fiesta or Fit.
The Juke has lots of clever details encased in its....exoskeleton? The I-CON control system remaps throttle and transmission controls to boost fuel economy or sporty responses, and shares LCD screen space with the Jukes climate controls. All-wheel drive is an option, but its more there as a side dish to that models more advanced rear suspension, less for traction advantages in snow and ice. A nice, inexpensive navigation system is an option, but with it and the other big-ticket items, the subcompact Juke can nudge $25,000.

Get the Juke on a serpentine stretch of road and its in its element, happily bounding from corner to corner. Steering is well-weighted and the suspension provides crisp response, while the big (for a car this size) tires hang in there as you push it harder.
Ride quality remains agreeable over most surfaces; still, its stiffer than that of many others in this segment. Theres audible road and wind noise at higher freeway speeds, though its not loud enough to be intrusive.source:edmunds.com,usnews.rankingsandreviews.com,thecarconnection.com

2013 Tesla Roadster review price interior exterior

The Tesla Motors Model S 4-door sedan has long been in the likely rumor category, but that all changed this week with a surprise official Tesla Model S introduction. Tesla has made big news with its Roadster model, which with over 250 deliveries has been the first real sport standalone electric car model to see mass production.

The Roadster has done well on the open market for a pure start-up car company, but at $100,000 and with less utility than a Mazda Miata, its hip factor and novelty value have been big selling points. At double the size and half the price, with a more-powerful engine and battery technology that benefits from the many roadbumps in the Roadster program, the Model S will compete well in the emerging electric vehicle segment if it can stay true to early form.
Certain Tesla Model S show car details, like the rather ridiculous 20-inch wheels, probably will not make it onto a car that is supposed to be all about efficiency. Still, the Model S electric sedan has all the goods where it counts, and new technologies may allow the first affordable all-electric family sedan to see the light of day to be a big hit for fledgling Tesla Motors.

2012 Renault Alpine A110 50 Review Price Interior Exterior

Plans to revive the Alpine name have gone back and forth like a tennis match for years, but Renault may finally be giving the project a green light, for a concept version at least. A few days ago, we reported that the first concept version for the Alpine line would be unveiled at the 2012 Monaco Grand Prix, and now the Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept has made its official debut.
The Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept was named as such because it pays tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Alpine A110. Its exterior design was inspired by the Renault DeZir concept unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor Show and its technical side was borrowed from the Renault Megane Trophy, meaning we will see a V6 engine with an impressive output of 400 HP and 315 lb-ft. of torque.
The original Alpine A110 debuted in 1961 and lasted through the 1977 model year. It had a rather Porsche-like design and had a number of engines ranging from a 66-horsepower 1,108 cc engine to an impressive 140-horsepower 1,605 cc engine.

When Jean Rédélé unveiled the A110 Berlinette at the 1962 Paris Motor Show, it marked the start of an Alpine adventure for the engine from the Renault 8. The car had been developed from the Alpine A108, but was more stylish and more dynamic, with an even lower engine cover, a larger glazed area and the rear lights from the Renault 8. The new engine demanded changes to the air intakes: with the radiator mounted at the rear, cooling exits were opened in the resin bodywork behind the rear wheel arches, disguised with four chrome strips. The changes served only to heighten the elegance of the A110 Berlinette. The restrained, balanced silhouette maintained its extremely pure lines.
A car for the enthusiast
To drive a Berlinette is a life-changing experience. Above all, it was designed to win rallies, so its not surprising that it boasts a certain pedigree; not a tricky personality, but real character. You dont climb aboard an Alpine, you slide into it. But once youre behind the wheel, the connection is immediate. Agility and traction are particular strong points thanks to the mid-rear position engine, which tends to produce oversteer that is easy to control using the steering and throttle. Its sometimes a little trickier to keep going in a straight line, but lifes all about compromise... This isnt a car you simply take for a drive - it demands to be properly driven. Its weaknesses are also its strengths.
