All New Ford Fiesta Sedan 2014 will be present at  Sao Paulo Motor Show 2012. Hatchback version has first appeared in Paris Motor Show 2012. Like the hatchback version of the changes looks in the front grille with models such as the "Aston Martin" i.e wide hexagonal grille that Ford identity. On the interior, dashboard design not unlike the hatchback version, but comfort is enhanced with the addition of armrests.

Improvement was also seen in the gear shift that slightly modified. In addition on the suspension and chassis there are new components. The electronic power assist steering feature re-calibrated. For Brasil market, Ford Fiesta Sedan 2014 will use 1,6-liter engine marketed starting next year. There is a possibility 2014 Ford Fiesta also using a 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine.
